Wider advice involved a review of potential approaches to assessing and mitigating economic losses likely to be suffered by commercial fishing vessels as a result of construction and operation. Detailed assessment involved analysis of fishing and income patterns of several highly productive crustacean vessels and progressing disruption payment agreements.
